Linda Storm was born in Massachusetts, grew up in New York City and now resides in Raleigh and Southern Pines, North Carolina.  A BFA graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), she also studied in Paris, London and at the Skowhegan School of Art in Maine.

Linda’s work focuses on paintings and drawings in the areas of portraiture, landscapes and still lifes. Her murals include Jessica McClintock’s home in San Francisco, CA, featured in Architectural Digest, and the Grgich Hills Winery in Napa Valley, CA.  Linda’s commissioned portraits in North America and Europe include members of the Dupont family and three generations of the Lobkowicz family in the permanent collection in the Nelahozeves Castle in Prague. She has exhibited in San Francisco; the Zullo Gallery and Norfolk Hunt Club in Medfield, MA; the Salmagundi Club of New York; and in numerous corporations.

A winner of national, international, and corporate awards, Linda also illustrated children’s books for Little, Brown and Company and Addison-Wesley Company.
